How it works
-
We begin with an initial 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs, answer any questions or concerns, and go over scheduling and fees. This call may be with me or a member of my staff.
-
Before the initial therapy or executive coaching session, you will be asked to complete privacy and intake forms via a secure link.
-
Sessions are 45 minutes and typically occur once or twice per week. The total number of sessions will depend on your needs and life circumstances.
-
The first session is preferably in person. Subsequent sessions can be in person or remote, based on scheduling needs.
-
If, for any reason, my services cannot meet your needs, I can help you find a suitable therapist from within my network of peers.
-
Cancellation Policy: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If not canceled within that time, the session will be billed.
-
Confidentiality Policy: Anything shared during therapy with me is confidential. You will have to provide written consent if you would like me to speak with another provider or individual such as a family member. There are certain legal exceptions to confidentiality, which are highlighted in the document shared before start of therapy.
Payment
-
I accept payment via credit cards, zelle or venmo.
-
Payments must be made in full after each therapy session.
-
I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. However, many of my patients are eligible for either partial or full reimbursement for therapy. My office can help you find out what coverage you have for my services and assist you in submitting for reimbursement. I can also provide the necessary “superbill” to submit for out of network benefits.
